If you still don’t think context makes any difference, then you obviously don’t understand the power of connotation.
According to this Covenant news story, the good folks at North Park University, I’m guessing, haven’t picked up on the finer points of what the general public thinks of as an escort service.
Even if you do throw in the word ‘security’ beforehand.
It just looks bad.
On the other hand, students who avail themselves of this service probably don’t have to worry about their credit cards being discreetly billed.
